Tokyo Digs a Garden by Jon-Erik Lappano

I really enjoyed this book for the stunning visuals and the overwhelm of nature that occurs when a little boy and his grandfather are wisely haphazard with the planting of some magic beans in their tiny plot in the city. Throughout the pages the reader is taken through a magical transformation whereupon the busy city once again becomes the wild oasis it once was- the place the grandfather can only recall.
